Short, because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you send a booking request or a message, we store the name, email address, phone number and any details you type into the form. That is all of it — there is no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no analytics profile built around you.
Why we hold it
To reply to you, to plan the work, and to keep a record of what was agreed. A booking reference exists so both sides can point at the same thing later.
Where it lives
In a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with row level security enabled and no public read access. The only way to reach it is through our own server, and only staff can retrieve it.
Who else sees it
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data. Where a subcontracted crew member needs a venue address to turn up, they get that detail and nothing else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted after 24 months. Records tied to a completed engagement are kept for seven years, which is what UAE commercial record-keeping expects.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We action deletion requests within 30 days unless a record must be kept for the reason above.
